THERAPIST TEAM

MOHAMMAD NAZARI (MO)

CEO & Lead Physical Therapist

Meet Mohammad, better known as Mo — a passionate and experienced physical therapist in Regina, Saskatchewan, and the proud founder of Alpha Center.

Mo was born and raised in Iran as one of five siblings. He originally started studying Veterinary Medicine, but his path changed when he realized his true calling was to help people heal and move better. Inspired by his oldest sister, who was born with severe Cerebral Palsy, Mo decided to pursue a career in Physical Therapy so he could make a real difference in people’s lives.

After earning his degree from Shiraz Medical University, Mo worked as a physical therapist in Iran for four years, then spent another four years in Dubai before moving to Canada in 1997. He began his Canadian journey at the Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon and later settled in Regina, working at two private clinics. In 2001, Mo founded Alpha Center—starting out from the basement of his home in Douglas Park! Since then, Alpha Center has grown into one of Regina’s most trusted clinics for sports injury rehab and musculoskeletal physical therapy.

Mo’s love for his work is deeply personal. He’s an avid athlete who’s been involved in wrestling, martial arts, boxing, soccer, volleyball, wallyball, baseball, ultimate frisbee, running, and weight training—so he knows exactly what it feels like to deal with sports injuries. His personal experiences, combined with over three decades of professional expertise, help him connect with his clients on a genuine level and create treatment plans that truly work.

A lifelong learner, Mo is always expanding his knowledge in sports physical therapy, rehabilitation, and pain management to stay up to date with the latest techniques. He also shares his insights as an educator and podcaster—you can check out his podcast at www.lifeworkshop.ca.

At Alpha Center, Mo leads a caring and motivated team dedicated to helping people move better, feel stronger, and live active, pain-free lives.
